60-minute Session

Service Description

Generally I work with my clients for at least 60-minutes to give us enough time to go over any questions and work through any current concerns. A 60-minute session gives clients a little extra time, especially when we get deeper into the shadow work, nutrition, nourishment, and other things that come up during the session. This is a great option for people who want a session once a week or once every two weeks. There are several options for sessions, choose a time allotment that best meets your needs.
