Sometimes you just need a soup that does the work for you while you’re off living life. This one is a crock pot favorite in my house — simple ingredients, set-and-forget cooking, and a flavor that’s both hearty and clean. It’s kid-approved (yes, even with all the beans!) and it fits beautifully with the Digestive Reset Protocol.

This recipe calls for split peas, lentils, onions, carrots, garlic, and a secret ingredient! Plus it is pretty simple to put together and cook too, with only a 10-minute prep, surely this will be a go-to recipe!
